"My problem with State Farm is not the local offices but the corporate offices. It takes way too long to get an updated quote. They have to go through the underwriting department to get an updated quote to date quote like if a ticket falls off your record and trying to get a better rate. It is not the local offices fault but corporates fault which has nothing to do with the nice and helpful people at this office."

"These people are nothing more than con artists who get away with it. They treat insurance like a pyramid scheme. They never cancelled my policy in their system then transferred my account to collections without notifying me when I haven't lived in that house for months. They don't cooperate with their own claims process then use the resulting lack of information to deny claims."
